My sister Sarah Ambrosi on the 30th of April 2012 about 9:30pm while traveling west bound on interstate 90 at exit #276 got a flat tire. A-Pro towing was called, she had a flat but didn't know it, she thought the car was broken as she's an older woman with a mental disability. She was on her way to pick up her husband at the airport. Instead of offering to change the flat the A-Pro driver decided not to tell her and towed her into their lot where the car was impounded until the next day. A-Pro Towing would rather impound your car than help you, they wouldn't even help an older disabled woman in distress with a flat. Nice
