Golden Rule offered me excellent customer service from the time they answered my telephone call for help. David and Austin arrived later the same day, listened to my issues, and went to work. They did not mind answering all my stupid questions while they worked, and they diagnosed and fixed the problem with no fuss or hassles. David explained my options and helped me reason through the pros and cons of each. When everything was completed, and I was satisfied, they charged what I consider to be a very reasonable fee. I highly and without reservation recommend them.
