I have never before experienced worse customer service. Treated well in-location, but employees positively WILL NOT answer their telephones when you call. Was told loan application decision would arrive in ""2 to 3 hours"" and one week later, still nothing. This cost me the automobile I was attempting to purchase. Stay as far away from this circus of a business unless you really don't mind waiting for days to receive notification of loan status; if you need to get in touch with them via telephone, I would suggest carrier pigeon - I guarantee you'll hear back faster that way. Dreadful place, dreadful customer service, dreadful employees. Would give negative star rating if possible. more
