In 2009 as new home/pool owners, we found Atlantis Pools after being connected with another major pool company in the area and having a bad experience. We were really very ignorant as to knowledge about pools and they really took thier time in explaining everything to us. When they first came out to open the pool they walked us through and showed us everything. Our pool is always clear within 3 days of them opening it , as compared to more than a week with the other company. The thing I really appreciate is that they don't try to sell you TONS of chemicals- one to increase this and then aoother to lower a side effect of what the first one increased. If it needs it they suggest it, but they don't push it.. They have always been on time when we have appts. with them and if we have ever had any problems, they have always stood by thier work. I like the fact that they know us by name and we are not just another face as is the case with the bigger companies. Contrary to what the other reviewers have posted, we have always been very pleased with Atlantis and Travis in particular. Unfortunately, people tend to post/complain when they are not satisfied and don't bother to when they are satisfied.
