I had heard such great things about Paul Mitchell and thought i would give it a try. I went to have some waxing done and while talking to the girl she informed me she does hair and had not started the course to do wax but knew what she was doing. After we started there were ""issues"" with the wax, not being hot enough and then too hot, she eventually had to call someone else in to help. After all was done i went home where later my chin started to bleed and scab because i had been burnt. Now i have about three penny size scabs on my chin. I am not on any medications that could have caused a reaction. I was very disappointed because of all the great things I had heard.
