I have used Appliance Service by Paul for my high end appliances that are 1.5 years old. In the first year, I had to have my cook top serviced twice, because the technician diagnosed the problem incorrectly the first time. I have had a technician out 5 times now for my double wall ovens for the same problem, every time, which is NEVER fixed. I get the exact same error code on my oven every time and they can't seem to figure out how to fix the problem.
I am getting the run around by them and am frustrated that this is the company that I have to use for my warranty. If you can avoid using them, I would suggest that you do. Also, I agree with several of the other disgruntled customers that have provided similar feedback....the receptionist that books appointments is very dismissive and rude, every time I have to call.
