There appears to be no way to rate these criminals as no stars, but that's what they deserve. I hired them to install a high-end home theater; installer Jeff talked a great game, then proceeded to install sub-standard components while charging me triple its value (I found all this out later). After numerous visits to my home, the system still didn't work operate correctly. When I confronted Ms. Seifried about the horrible job done by her employer, she agreed to a refund me a nominal amount for my trouble. Next thing you know, she was declaring her company bankrupt and wouldn't return my calls. Disgusting.
