I just moved to hamilton..I found this place had some great deals..as long as you pick out what you want and dont ask any questions. On my third trip I inquired about a rug that was rolled up and taped. I wished to know the size and manufacturer as i had a specific location in my home to place it. I was told that would be impossible because there was no where big enough to roll the rug back up after they checked the label on the inside. I asked the woman who looked to be in charge behind the register for some sympathy to my case and she sternly agreed with the store helper. Really? I was willing to spend 125.00 (asking price) for two pieces of logical information. The owner was unavailable. Thats some really bad business practice. Does this place do so well they could care less if I bought the rug or not? Alienating the very community customer that made them successful. Terrible.
