I live in a gated community an H.O.A operated community where Heron security has a contract. They are the rudest, most unprofessional, dishonest company I have ever run across except for our current Board members who contracted them in a secret meeting months before anyone new.
Get a ticket and didn't deserve it , does'nt matter the grievance commette and the head of security Ed Hearne will uphold the the ticket without proof or the presence of the security officer who wrote said ticket. And they write alot of them. This is a community not Nazi Germany.
