I had the exact same experience as the reviewer below; the management is AWFUL. My rent has increased by 60% since I moved in 2 years ago (I finally was able to move out recently). They have ""lost"" packages delivered to the office and won't do anything except say they are not legally responsible, the maintenance is TERRIBLE now, as is the cleanliness of the complex itself- dirty hallways and light fixtures that fell off and broke sitting around for weeks.
I tried to transfer to a 2 bedroom with a friend of mine and they ""accidentally didn't record anything in the system"" which I found out when I went to sign my lease a week before my move, only to discover they had given the apt away and I had no where to live til they agreed to let me stay in my place because of their screw up.
Most recently, the autopay online for rent withdrew $1600 out of my account for rent when I was only staying less than a WEEK into the month (1600 is not my normal month's rent, let alone what someone should pay for 5 days), and I still have yet to get a refund because everytime I call they refuse to put the manager on and keep telling me ""she will try and get that done today.""
Ridiculous; do NOT spend your money here (or with any Greystar property).
