I am beginning my third year in the ""Ellsworth Place"" building in Shadyside. Before I moved in, the company completely renovated the apartment by installing new hardwood flooring, a new bathroom, and a kitchen with new appliances. There was a lot of (maybe too much) paperwork before I could move in. From that point, my time here has been very good. The company makes sure the grounds are maintained and I have had very few maintenance problems. I'm not sure about the company, but based on my experience, I would recommend this building to others.
