There should be an option for zero stars with this company because it's the worst customer experience I've ever had.
In short, this company treated my like dirt for just walking in the door. Quoted a multiple day turnaround for a job taking less than an hour, delivered two pieces instead of the one I ordered via written specification and both pieces were completely wrong per my spec. The kicker is they charged my card for double the original quote, even though I never accepted delivery of the pieces. They literally lied to VISA card services saying I picked the order up. VISA attempted to collect back from them but they interdicted it.
Never once was I rude to them during the order process, just acted like a regular customer.
The owner lied to me and my bank, they couldn't get an order right, they overcharged without permission... in my opinion they are a FRAUD.
If only I read their prior reviews before trying to order from them. Don't make the mistake that I did.
