The sales experience was fine - but Rick Bent not only did a poor job of installation, but he doesn't stand behind his work. On our job, they didn't acclimate the wood, used the wrong trowel, mixed the leveling compound incorrectly, didn't leave expansion joints as required by the manufacturer and when our floor buckled he refused to fix it telling us it was our problem and to ""read the fine print on the back of the contract"".
