The owner seems to be more concerned about the laws regarding child care as opposed to the actual child care. I would pick up my daughter from Children's cottage still having a dirty diaper. When we withdrew her from the daycare due to a company transfer she refused to refund our deposit. Her demeaner shows that she is in the childcare BUSINESS. She displays a lack of tolerance for children, and rarely interacts with the parents or children. So, if you are looking for a ""mean aunt"" to watch your child this is the place to go. Not very nurturing, but your kid won't get hurt.
