My service rep, Jon Tripp, was at my door at 7:00 a,n, as promised and was done with my work by 7:30 - He has been here before and is a wonderful representative for you company. You see I am leaving for a one month overseas visit at 10:30 this morning so it was imperative to have him be on time!!! And he had a smile on his faxe when he arrived-I had a smile on my face when he left!! THANK YOU BONFES andJON!
