I had this company do my windows and they were OK (although you have to watch them as they set wet screens on my wood floor). I would NEVER consider them for power washing or replacing screens.
The deck is splotchy and I will have to have someone else out to redo it to get the deck ready for sealing. This was even after they returned a second time. It was very apparent, however, that they didn't know what they were doing and that they were very unhappy to be there. They didn't bother to check to see if I was satisfied and left without even letting me know they were leaving.
The screen replacement was terrible. Screens were crimped and sagging. They looked better before I replaced them.
I have left several messages asking Shawn (who I thought was the owner) to inspect the work and she will not return my phone calls. She and the crew are very friendly...until you voice any concern about the quality of the job. I will never use their services again.
