Dr. Jackson is a great doctor. She solved my hearing problem when other doctors could not. I think it was because she asked a lot of questions and was able to think about the problem instead of just looking at it. Anyway, not only did she figure it out (related to surfers ear and plugged up hearing), she also just went ahead and fixed it on my first visit. She did a minor surgery and cleaned off a layer of dead skin and ear wax (sorry, you asked) that had formed over my ear drum. My hearing was instantly back to normal and I felt great. Dr. Jackson is my hero!
