@ Ducks78 - I was in the store with my wife the day this all went down. Bobby was a 61 year old man that was trying to get your husband to pay his month old behind bill. Your husband was cussing and pointing his fingers in that guy bobby's face pissed off because bobby wasn't buying his BS story (I was about 30 sec from putting my fist in your husbands face because of his lack of regards for the people around him with his cussing). As your husband was leaving he shot the finger at bobby and told him ""f#%k your mother"" clear as day in the store as he ran out. The employee bobby then told him not to come back. Not ONCE did he or any other employee EVER cuss or point a finger at your husband. I WAS THERE! And I would put my hand on a stack of bibles and say the same thing. Sad thing is I heard bobby lost hid job due to this POS guy. Sad that a guy doing his job gets fired over a worthless prick like this loser. Yeah I heard your coward husband kept calling like a bitch making FALSE accusations on this employee. that is the truth on how it went down and what even more sad is the company didn't back up there employee who was clearly in the right. I have only had one appliance break from this store but, was fixed in a timely manner. Other than that great store!
