For anyone who visits Geneva on the Lake you know that you are in for a party. Is this one of the yuppy bars in Cleveland with the prissy girl and chach guys that charge $10 a drink? No, it is not and if you think you are going to find that at any bar in GOL you are sadly mistaken. All of the bars in GOL are there for you to have a good time. Daily happy hour is $1 beers and well alcohol until 9pm. I have seen this bar at closing and I have seen it the next day when it opens...it is an amazing transformation and I give the workers props for doing what they can. Any time the restroom is getting out of control a quick word with the bar staff and they are in there taking care of things. I have met the owner and his wife on a few occasions and they are genuine good hearted people. This is the only bar in GOL that has a dance club feel but it is outside, on sand, with a pole. I can't imagine it is easy only having a 6 month money making season but I give props to those businesses that can stay open and make GOL my favorite summer destination.
