The Economy Cab Company was so late it caused me to miss my shuttle to the airport, even though I'd confirmed the pickup time the night before and that morning and left plenty of time for what should've been a 5-minute drive. I had to drive all the way to St. Louis and pay for parking, costing me an extra $40 and a lot of frustration on my birthday. It was the absolute worst experience, and not only will I never use this company again, I want to make sure everyone who reads reviews knows what an awful company this is.
