My mom and I go there with the girls every Wednesday before taking my girls to gymnastics. Usually we have a server named Sandee, she's really great but today we had another blond girl that we had once before. She spilled water all over me the first time. This time was different. We arrived at 10a and by 10:35a I was wondering where my food was, so I stopped her to ask. Server tells me, I forgot to put your order in. I just did it. I was mopping. I'm so sorry. I'll tell them to rush it. I said, it's been 35 minutes, why didn't you just tell me what happened? She tells me she's sorry and proceeds to bring us drink refills, my mom's food, napkins, ketchup, Tabasco sauce, syrup and butter. I still have no food. The girls still have no food. When it finally arrives I asked her if she told the owners about the mistake she made. She tells me no. I said, don't you think you should? I mean, its been 40m....you made a mistake, just own it and fix it. She says to me, I'll just pay for your food out of my own pocket. WHAT? Anyhow, she goes over to the owner who is mopping floors and tells her. The owner's response to her: Get away from me. She looks back at us and goes back to mopping. I'm so irritated at this point. She knows we come in every Wednesday. This is how you treat customers? Your regulars? You pretend that this didn't happen? At this point EVERYONE is avoiding our table, our server, the wife owner and the other server. So, my mom calls over the other owner...the husband. I tell him that we waited 40m for food and that she forgot to put my order in. His response to me: What do you want from me? Um...how about an apology, I say. Then I get up to leave. Exactly HOW did I become the bad guy? Seriously? I WILL NOT be returning there. They are awful human beings. If the server was willing to pay for it out of her own pocket, you can tell that they treat their employees the same way they treated me. The owner actually followed me to my car after I packed up my girls to leave. FOLLOWED ME. Psycho. Don't bother going to this place. The food is overpriced and the service is awful. I'm think I'm still traumatized.
