Staff greets you, does measurements, collects your money. Customer enters store talking about a complaint. Staff ushers customer out-red flag.
I call with a question, manager starts going off about his own staff! Apologizes, then rudely tells me no way can they make a tiny change on one item. Terrible people skills. I go to another tux rental place and they are able to assist me with no problem! I call to calmly state that the mgr was rude and discuss the pick up time and the clerk hangs up on me. REALLY? Never will I grace the door of this place.
