My experience with this company has been terrible. They came out once to diagnose my dishwasher and of course they had to order a new control panel so there was a 2nd visit scheduled to replace it. He was at least 30 minutes late for both of these appointments. He started the dishwasher cycle before he left. Within 30 minutes, it started leaking all over the floor. So, he had to come back for another visit to diagnose that problem...he was here 5 minutes before the end of his window. On his 4th visit, he was 45 minutes late and said the repair would take at list 30 minutes. I had to take my daughter to gymnastics so we had to reschedule. He said his office would call me to reschedule. They did not. I called and their first available appointment was 3 days later. So, his window was from 3-5 pm today (his 5th appointment with me). It is now 5:25 and he still isn't here. I had a 6 pm commitment tonight but it looks like I will be canceling that because there is no way I will be able to make it. This has been the worst customer service I have ever experienced. more
