bought a part for pool.. it was the wrong one so i took it back and number one..they dont give cash refunds, even though i paid with cash and had receipt, they said its company policy,, it is written on cash register but i didnt see it.. so i could get check sent to my home or store credit.. the employees are very nice however and one did look it up and said he could order right one..its a rubber gasket i needed.. $17.00 plus ""freight"" they couldnt tell me how much freight would be.. it came in the next week i went to pick it up. thinking i would get part and use rest for chemicals.. i paid $36 for the part was plastic attachment with wrong gasket attached... i only need gasket.. so the total was $32 plus tax..they chargedme $15 for freight.. what a rip off. they should tell you up front freight charges..its a rubber gasket for petes sake.. and when you pay with cash they shouldnt depend on customer to read cash register.. besides its a terrible policy. i will never get pool parts or chem. here again.. ill order online.
