Dr Pollina is the nicest denist that I have ever gone to. He get's you the same day if you have a toothache. Very caring, considerate Dr. He really cares about his patients and he doesn't judge you for what kind of insurance you have. I have to travel 50 miles one way to Dr Pollina, The reason being , I have medicad insurance and there isn't any Denist in Bedford Co. that will take that insurance unless you have been a prier patient. Dr Pollina excepts my insurance, not only that but he does as much in one visit because he know's how far I have to t ravel to his office.He's assistants are amazing, very nice, caring and make you feel like they've known you all there lives. explains everything before they do it and they make as comfortable as possible. He did have a few ladies that worked in the front office, checking you out, making your next apt/s etc... that weren't very nice , but they are no longer with him. HIs new office manager is awesome, people person & pleaser. So if you have never been to Dr. Pollina and you need a good Denist., please give his office a call, you will be happy with the service you recieve.
I read a review that stated if f you want to set on a church bench and feel like you are on an esembley line... you don't feel that way or you shouldn't feel that way.... he has alot of chairs which means he can have several patients in the patient area at one time. he has an assist. that stays with him, he does all the shots, drilling and smoothing, he also has other assist's that put the fillings in and does other works, which they are highly trained to do. You usually only have the Dr along with his assist and one other assist working with you. unless you need something like having a denture or partial made, Dr Pollina has different assist trained to do several different things. It's like they all have their jobs which equals up to very good patient care. Believe me I have gone to other denist that wouldn't see you anymore because you have had to get medical assist. and they woudn't except it because it doesn't pay as good as other insurance. How can anyone truthfully say anything bad about a dr that put's patient care before how much he's gonna get paid from this person's insurance. Love Dr. Pollina and Love his STAFF,
