My first experience with roto rooter was on Thursday May 17. I called at approx 9:15am. And a roto rooter man was at my door just a few minutes past 10:00 am. Found my problem within ten minutes and told me my options. He also gave me an estimate. That way if i wanted I could have called for a second opinion or shop prices. It takes the pressure of having to decide at the moment. He was very professional and polite. Didn't try to push or rush me into anything. He also gave me a lot of ideas and helpful things to do to prevent future problems. No one wants to have a plumming problem thats gonna cost some money, but when you do its nice to have a professional and polite company(tech) at your door. All in all it was a very good experience. I did some shoping around and roto rooter is very competitively priced. In the end i went with roto rooter and will in the future. I feel they deserved my business!
