This business, or at least at this location is a very suspect business. The owner/Broker can and does overwrite or overturn/overbid sales contracts froms it's own agent, knocking that agent out of the sale. The broker reviews all offers and the property assocated and has the right to do anything he likes as far as buying or selling the property himself. It's a very beauricratic (spelling?) place to work, and operates unethical. I dont know it this is legal or not but I want no part.
