Bad Customer Service with Owner of Furst Florist. I had a very frustrating experience with Furst Florist Dayton, OH! . I phoned Furst Florist to explain my frustration as a customer and the owner's response was unsatisfactory. The only request I had as a customer is to process their transactions in a timely matter, which should be 2 - 3 business days; not 11 days. If you place an order with your credit / debit card please be ware that this may happen to you! I live out of state and placed an order with my debit card and the transaction hit my account the day of the order but they did not complete the process until 11 days later. My experience with this company and the conversation with the owner was very unpleasant!
