I purchased a clipper I opened the box and used it and it wasn't working properly and seem to be a defected item. I called to let them know to find out that they tell me if I want to exchange it I have to pay for a restocking fee shipping to return and shipping to send back to me and they never explained that to me at the beginning when its not even my fault the item I purchase doesn't work.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! THEY HAVE THE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE with RUDE Reps.
