My brand new Toro, purchased at Home Depot, failed to start after one month of use. Toro has a "1st or 2nd pull or we fix it free for 3 years" warranty, so I called Toro to arrange service. They suggested a shop much farther from my home than Wayne Lawn & Garden, and I asked about using them, since they have Toro all over their shop walls. The agent said yes, they are a warranty service center, but let me give you the number of [another local shop], just in case. I thought it odd - Toro favoritism? Called the shop, and they said that all I needed was the receipt to establish date of purchase, and we'd be all set.
