When I first bought my Jeep I thought dealing with the service dept. would be like all my other experiences with car dealerships and they have not all been pleasant. However, I have found the crew to be very helpful at Don A Vee. I never feel like I am being steered the wrong way, or being told I needed something that is not necessary. I have been lucky so far (2 years) I have not had to have anything major in repairs done due to the fact that I do have all my regular maintence done. Also, I do need to mention that George in the service dept. is the best!! He explains everything so it is understandable by the average person not in the automobile business. I recommend this service dept. to all Jeep and Chrysler car owners.
