Don't waste your time with these clowns. I brought my old truck in for an inspection. It's 15 years old and failed the inspection. When I got into the truck to leave, I noticed they had turned the radio on, which of course is not part of the inspection. My wife took her car in for an inspection and when she left, the A/C was cranked on high - not as she had left it. I expect the technician not to screw with the settings on the car, especially when they are not relevant.
