Having been in business myself, I know how difficult it is to maintain a business environment that puts service at the top of the agenda. Well, Sam, his family and his crew have mastered that ideal to a ?T.? When my Pioneer Plasma TV quit working, Sam came out the same day to begin the repair process. Well, it turned out to be much more complicated than Sam had predicted. As he tested the TV, he found that the monitor itself was causing circuit boards to burn out. He followed through with the project even though he knew that his cost was going to far exceed the amount that I was to pay. When the repair time became clearer (multiple boards were ordered) he brought out a loaner TV to minimize our inconvenience. All in all my wife and I were pleased with Sam and would recommend his company. Sam stands behind his work and is a man of his word. I would agree with John French "anything Sam promises, you can put in the bank."
