These people are crooks. I have always trusted State Farm until dealing with this office. They play bait and switch, quoting you a price that they know is incorrect to get you to switch to them and let your previous insurance lapse. They will straight out lie to you to get your information then bill you for more than you agreed to. You don't even know you've been overcharged until after they have taken the money and you receive a letter after you've allowed whatever insurance you had to lapse. Forcing you to either let them keep the fraudulent money they stole from you or leave you with no insurance. DO NOT TRUST THEM!! When confronted Mr. Osborns attitude is basically, that everyone scams like this in the industry so live with it!! They even admit obtaining information through illegal and fraudulent manners with the attitude of... "yeah we do it, but you can't prove it!" I am now working with the Atty.Generals office who will be dealing with these people like the criminals they are!
