Scott came out to give us an estimate for a basement heating & air conditioning system. He was very knowledgeable and professional, giving good information about choices and getting maximum effectiveness on cost and performance. He is an independent, in business for 20+ years, doesn't see the need or importance of highly-promoted, high-cost annual maintenance contracts: He says --- I take care of my customers. They call, I come, I charge a reasonable rate. They don't need some annual contract to prepay and overpay for work.
