I asked Paul to help me with a worsening searing pain in my upper back, adjacent to my shoulder blade. He noticed a rib was " out". The moment he stuck the needle in the overlying skin, my rib popped back " in". It was crazy! But it felt better immediately. He then gave me exercises to do. Not easy to do, but I'm doing it. I am still sore, but so much better. I'm guessing it will take a few more sessions and some stabilization exercises to keep it from happening again.
