I called to disconnect service in my daughters apt. Was told by customer service rep that I cant disconnect service without turning in the box. I asked her what kind of sense does that make, You want to charge me even though she no longer lives there. But if I didnt pay the bill there would be no trouble turning off service. So I asked for a supv and she had me on hold for 15 min. Meanwhile I called in and talked to another rep who told me the same thing but she was much nicer, When I went back to prev rep she advised me that no supv was available. I told her it took 15 min to tell me no supv-- said she thought that I would hang up but I didnt. Dont Use Them. They Suck. Try satellite.
