I had replaced my heating and air conditioning unit several months ago. Unfortunately the area around the wall where the lines enter the house was not sealed and I found out through my exterminator that I now have mice and a 5 foot black snake in my basement. After speaking with Rick Norris, Install Manager, he came out the same day and repaired at my request.
