Its funny I look at all these good rating and honestly dont see how. Yesterday I had a appointment with DR Mason I was happy at first until I was notified my employer made an error. So I tried to fix it and returned. The receptionist was freaking rude. She stated to my wife"She needs to grow up and be accountable". Are you kidding me? Then told my wife shes not going to argue with her. First we dont tell you how to do your job and at that point my employer was at fault not me. Unlike yourself I don't sit behind a desk and take it easy. I paid for my medical and its my employers responsibility on that end. Your responsibility is to keep your adittude in check and provide good customer service to anyone regardless of situaitions. Anyways I found another dentist that was polite and help me with my issue. I knew I should of seen Dr Sacket like the rest of my family does but I took a chance. Word of advice dont want people peeing in your coffee (metaphor) don't be rude to peo
