I went to the salon for the first time today and had a color retouch (permanent color) and pull through (semi-permanent) and cut with Sam. The receptionist was extremely nice and professional. We got great but still natural looking results. Hair color product is top notch and best hair cut I've had (and I've made trips into Manhattan to places like Saks in search of a good cut for extra-long coarse hair). The price was worth it for the quality--decor is slightly austere but excellent service. Sam is a real technician!
