We went to this buffet with my family of 13 to celebrate an event. The majority of us wanted water, so we got ""red cups"" for our water. Two of the kids from our party didn't know that the ""red cups"" were for water so they served themselves soda. The waiter named GERARDO approched an adult at the table & stated that the ""red cups"" were for water only. About 5 minutes later the waiter GERARDO approaches another adult in the party and also tells him that the ""red cups"" are for water only. This adult tells GERARDO that he will pay for the soda in the 2 ""red cups"" My mom finally arrives to our table after getting her salad and GERARDO once again comes to our table & asks ""WHO IS IN CHARGE"" We tell him my mom is, so once again tells my mom about the soda in the ""red cups"" By then my brother in law had just about had it because this waiter GERARDO was once again at our table. We were just waiting for everyone to come to the table so we could pay for the soda in the ""red cups"" My brother in law told him to back off and that he was going to pay for the drinks. Well Gerardo went and got the manager Tyler Byrd. He explained how GERARDO kept coming to the table. He said we never said we weren't going to pay for the sodas that the kids had simply mistaken by a ""soda cup"" My brother in law handed the manager Tyler Byrd the credit card with force & Tyler took it as an assult. He asked my brother in law to leave, only to enrage him even more. We hadn't even been there 15 minutes. My brother in law dumped his salad on the table because Tyler said he wasn't going to get a refund. As my brother in law was walking out the door he spit in Tyler & GERARDOS face. Tyler asked all of us to leave and said my mom would NOT get a refund for our 15 minutes we were there. My mom paid $156.00!!!!! For one person hovering over us thinking we were not going to pay for the 2 drinks and making my brother in law mad, my mom paid a hefty price for those damn meals, that we didn't get to eat!!!!!
