I would love to give RFP 5 stars, but unfortunately, I'm not able to. Most of their staff (Dr's & their Nurses) are phenomenally great. I have a problem with the checkin staff. They are not so friendly. Especially, Celeta.
One Saturday I was not feeling well, so I decided to walk-in. I get there and Celeta tells me, it's going to be a very long wait, because Saturdays are for ""appointments"". Ok, I waited. Then a month later, I call to schedule an appointment for Saturday and Celeta tells me, Saturdays are walk-ins. This is confusing. Which is it? I'm very unhappy with the check-in/ Administrative staff. It would be nice to have caring employees at the front desk. I have noticed they are only nice to certain individuals.
