My pool pump wasn't working. I called Mr. Pool to come out and take a look at it since they installed in just a year ago. The repair man came out after 2 calls and didn't like the fact that I had the pool pump in a housing unit. He proceeded to cut the lines and take the pump back to his shop. He would be back in 1 or 2 hours. 5 hours later he returned with the pump. He complained that he couldn't get it tightened. He had torn the flooring of my pump housing out. After two tries to get the pump to work he threw his hands in the air and said I've wasted enough time on this I'm finished. Come to find out this idiot was the owner of the company. How to win customers and keep them. He needs a few lessons in customer service and needs to tone down his rudeness. He told me that the reason the pump wasn't working is that my lines were full of leaves. He became so obnoxious I told him I would call the police if he didn't leave my property immediately. After he Left I went out and primed the pump and got it to work. No leaves in the lines. Problem is...the pump still leaks. What a waste of time. Mr. Pool should be ashamed of themselves.
