Took my Yorkie and my Shitzu to get groomed at 8 am... Finally ready for pick up at 3 pm... Both of my dogs was shaved!!! One has razor burn one has cuts on both back legs... Total cost 157.32.... I was in shock! I asked why did you shave my dogs??? She says "we do not have a professional groomer on staff" these are the things someone should be told before they are done!
