I brought my dying chihauhau to this poor excuse of an after hours emergency vet at approx 10:00 p.m. on a Saturday night. After waiting well over an hour and a half the doctor finally sees me. She tells me she wants to run some tests and possible treatments and that a someone would be in shortly to give me an "estimate". When a brunette lady came in to do this, the charges were a little confusing; I had questions. Apparently I had too many questions, at this point I was very calm (other than worried about my baby) and the lady YELLED at me to "shut up!" I was in shock, but still kept my cool and requested to speak with someone else. This is when Melanie came in, who was very kind, compassionate and understanding as I would think they all would be, this was not the case. After having a better understanding of the charges, I went outside to explain them to my wife and also told her about the lady yelling at me.
