I received a recall notice from Toyota for my 2008 Corolla and had to take it into the dealership. I was cringing that I had to take it to Fremont Toyota since I swore that I would never return there after the way their service department treated me three years go, but I live in Fremont so it was convenient. Saturdays are the only time I have so i made an appointment and drove up to a monster line in the driveway and I figured an hour before someone would even look at me. Within 2 minutes a young girl walked up to me took some information down told me someone would be right with me and thanked me for my business. After about 5 minutes the line was efficiently moved through and I was greeted by Matt. He gave me all of the info on my recall, was friendly, caring and even gave me a voucher for a coffee and delicious pastry. The car was finished ahead of schedule and they delivered it to me washed and vacuumed. Matt also provided the best inspection printout on my car that I have ever seen, it was thorough and complete. Not sure what they have done at Fremont Toyota but bravo! My guess is that there is a new owner as this experience was a far cry from how I was treated in the past. Thank you Matt and Fremont Toyota, I will be back.
