Recently paid over $400.00 for a pair of glasses I had to send back 3 times and after the 4th attempt my time was apparently out. I left a detailed message with Dr. Zender over a month ago, how disappointed I that I was NEVER able to wear these $400. glasses and never received a call back. Even the ladies in the office left word for him to call. Recently, I asked for the ""useless"" glasses and all of my family's records and explained why. Still NO CALLS or in other words no one cares!!! $400. is a huge amount of money for me to throw away, not including what the insurance paid. Stay away from this place!!!!!
