Overpriced & pretentious. The old-timers in Denver tell me The Fort used to be a great place to eat but has gone downhill since it was sold. I had Rocky Mtn.oysters for the first time, and they were bland and tasteless. Some guy roamed around playing new age tunes on a flute. The new place fails to capitalize on the prime location and view in Morrison. Worst of all, the food was boring and tasteless. I have no problem paying a lot for great food & service, but like most ""high-end"" restaurants in Denver, The Fort fails to deliver value for the money.
