I found the customer service representatives and the manager to be extremely rude and short tempered when it came to returning a defective iPad screen protector. When I told them I did not want it and to throw it away, the manager chased after me and threw the defective product at me as I was leaving the store. Tell me how this kind of action is appropriate in front of other customers and employees? more
