I brought my wedding gown to be cleaned and boxed for preservation 15+ years ago right after my wedding. The box was stored until I opened it to have the dress used and found many stains large stains all over the dress. It looks like the dress was not cleaned and was just put in the box. Obviously it is too long ago to take any action since I no longer have the receipt, but would not recommend having clothing stored for long term storage at this cleaners.
